This year's Annual Blacks In Government National Training Institute (NTI) will take place August 23 - 26, 2021, on a virtual platform due to COVID restrictions that greatly impacted our ability to host an in person training event this year.  With many of the federal departments and agencies still working mandatory telework schedules and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) still warning against large in person gatherings, we know this is the best way to meet the training needs and demands of our members and registrants.

This year's Virtual Training Institute theme is "Training Matters – Roadmap To Securing Your Career Goals!''  And, we have four scheduled days filled with government leaders as guest speakers and workshops covering leadership development, career advancement, networking and mental/health resilience. We are looking forward to seeing you in attendance while you are mapping out your career goals.
